• Where do you ship? We ship exclusively within the United States.

• How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

• How long will it take to get my order? Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

• What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Are returns free? Yes! We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all domestic returns.

• Do you have restocking fees? Never. We believe in a transparent shopping experience.

• Are "Final Sale" items eligible for return? At Helena Boutique, we do not designate items as "Final Sale." Everything we sell is eligible for our 30-day return policy.

• How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
